We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer for our Corporate Communication Team who can turn innovative ideas into reality, collaborate effectively across teams, and maintain brand integrity while delivering high-quality design outputs..

Trách nhiệm

• Create Engaging Visuals: Design communication materials such as posters, banners, images for social media, websites, and event collateral, ensuring alignment with brand identity and Group’s policies.
• Develop Creative Concepts: Work on ideating and conceptualizing innovative designs for various projects, maintaining consistency in brand representation.
• Update and Edit Content: Regularly update and refine visual content to meet project and campaign requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments/teams to support employer branding initiatives, design internal communication content, and maintain high standards across all design products.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of current visual trends and proactively propose new ideas and implementations to keep the company's visuals fresh and relevant.
• Campaign Planning: Contribute to planning the visual direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and compelling visual storytelling.
• Other required tasks from the direct manager.

Trình độ chuyên môn

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
• Required Skills:

o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).

o Experience with video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

o Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

o Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

o Attention to detail and high-quality work production.

o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

o Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

o Knowledge of current design trends and digital communication best practices.
