Join our dynamic team at LINE Technology Vietnam as a Corporate Communication Specialist! We seek a creative individual to support our communication efforts, manage owned media channels, implement talent engagement activities, and boost our employer branding campaigns. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for media communications, we want to hear from you.

Trách nhiệm

1. Owned Media Communications (25%):

• Manage and improve our corporate website, Vietnam Dev Center website, fanpage, LinkedIn, podcast, tech blog, etc.
• Create content for branding materials like corporate profiles, videos, and advertising materials.
• Regularly review media effectiveness and develop new channels aligned with our strategy.

2. Talent Relations (25%):

• Assist in planning and implementing talent engagement activities to enhance our employer brand.
• Execute employee engagement initiatives and external employer branding activities.
• Conduct market research and talent insight surveys.
• Collaborate with group affiliates on relevant projects.

3. Internal Communications (25%):

• Propose and implement internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage internal communication touchpoints such as newsletters and social media platforms.
• Develop and edit content for internal messages from executive leadership.

4. Employer Branding Communications (25%):

• Support employer branding campaigns to promote LINE Technology Vietnam’s EVP.
• Assist HR Strategy - Talent Acquisition in creating communication campaigns to attract talent.

Trình độ chuyên môn

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or employer branding.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
• Experience in managing social media channels and creating content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in IT Companies is preferrable.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with market research and data analysis is a plus.
