This position will act as a communication bridge between all project stakeholders (developers, product owners, quality control, etc.) to ensure clear and prompt information transferring between all teams.

Trách nhiệm

• Analyze and comprehend product specifications to ensure and improve project quality, through written and verbal communication.

• Provide written and verbal communication support from Korean to Vietnamese and vice versa (document translation, direct interpretation).

• Control and organize project documentation with frequent updates.

• Act as an end user in regard to the features developed by the project team.

• Maintain good working relationship between Korea and Vietnam team.

• Other tasks as assigned, e.g., tracking project progress, reporting, reviewing product specs.

Trình độ chuyên môn

Must to have

• Be fluent in Korean (speaking & writing)

• Have at least 4 years of working experience speaking Korean.

• Good logical reasoning and ability to analyze issues, good note checking skill.

• Be proactive, willing to learn, work under pressure.

• Have experience working in IT industry for at least 1 year.

Nice to have

• Language proficiency: English TOEIC 700 or above.

• Have TOPIK 5 certificate or higher qualification.

• Good understanding of software development process

• Be able to test as an end user.
