Position Summary
As the HR Strategy & Admin Lead, you are the “Organizational Engine of LTV”, you will lead our journey in building a high-velocity, AI-driven internal platform that delivers “WOW” experiences to LTV’s employees, management, and the talent market. This role is not just about traditional administration; it’s about Strategic Enablement and 10x Operational Velocity. You will bridge the gap between management vision and frontline reality, driving growth-oriented HR, agile workspace operations, and our undisputed employer brand on a global scale.

Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Enablement (35%)
- HR Operational Excellence: Maintain, streamline, and optimize day-to-day HR operations (including employee lifecycle, compliance, and internal policies) to ensure a stable, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Strategic Execution: Partner with the Department Manager to translate business goals into high-trust HR initiatives, focusing on current key business drivers:
- Software Development (SD) Velocity Enablement: Diagnose and eliminate organizational friction, meeting overload, and excessive administrative paperwork to maximize the focus and delivery speed of the SD Division.
- Growth & AI Innovation: Maximize "People" as growth assets, leveraging AI and modern tools to automate workflows and drive over 120% performance outcomes.
2. Smart Workplace & Employee Experience (20%)
- Frictionless Administration: Redesign procurement, travel, and administrative policies, replacing legacy workflows with automated, SLA-driven processes.
- Engineering-First Operations: Minimize administrative overhead to free up software engineers, allowing them to focus purely on innovation and product development.
- Creative Workplace: Curate a safe, collaborative, and fiercely accountable environment that fosters calculated risk-taking and breakthrough creativity.
3. Integrated Corporate Communications & Brand Influence (35%)
- Internal Culture & Strategic Alignment: Drive the internal communications roadmap to deeply integrate Business Strategy, Mission, and Values into daily operations, ensuring all employees look and act in unified alignment.
- Global Group Synergy: Lead local execution of LY Group's global initiatives (e.g., Techverse, Global Hackathons) to leverage group-level resources and expertise.
- Employer Branding & Tech Influence: Architect LTV's EVP and drive strategic initiatives to establish LTV as a top-tier tech brand in Vietnam, building high-quality talent pipelines through tech communities, university collaborations, and targeted brand advocacy.
4. Team Leadership & Strategic Advisory (10%)
- High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary HSA team (HR, GA, Comm) with high standards and accountability.
- Budgeting & ROI: Direct and optimize the HSA budget to ensure maximum ROI across branding, internal events, and office operations.
- Strategic Advisory: Deputize for the Department Manager and elevate frontline organizational challenges into strategic management initiatives.
Qualifications
Professional & Technical Skills
- Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience in HR Strategy and General Affairs (GA) within multinational environments (Product-based IT/Software companies highly preferred), including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Plus Factor: A proven track record or strong background in Corporate Communications or Employer Branding.
- Tech-Savvy & AI Leverage: Proven track record of using modern tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, RPA, smart workflows) to eliminate manual paperwork.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese; strong capability to influence stakeholders from Engineers to C-level executives.
