Position Summary

Join our HR Strategy & Admin Team as a Senior HR Specialist focusing on Compensation & Benefits (C&B). This role involves developing and managing HR policies, systems, and processes to enhance our company's HR operations and employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong expertise in HR strategy and C&B.

Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefit (50%):

  • Manage payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and manage employee policies and regimes according to laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and tax documents.
  • Conduct annual personal income tax settlements for employees.
  • Oversee OKR implementation and performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legislation.
  • Manage personnel information and procedures related for expat employees.

2. HRBP (40%):

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs such as the competency framework, performance evaluation, salary/bonus scheme, and employee benefits, aligned with the Company’s policy, and communicate new updates to employees.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to HR strategy development and execution.

3. Others (10%)

  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by HR Strategy & Admin Lead

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in the IT field.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and talent management.
  • Deep understanding of labor law, employment equity regulations, and well-being plans.
