Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, smart and proactive member at junior level, who is eager to contribute innovative ideas across various functions of Talent Acquisition Team: Recruitment, Employer Branding, Human Resource Business Partner, etc.

Responsibilities

• Playing an active role in coordinating Recruitment activities, including but not limited to, such as sourcing candidates, organizing interview schedules, and so on.

• Make improvement ideas & proactively approach to implement onboarding & resignation process, ensuring a smooth transition within the company and fostering a positive experience for candidates.

• An “out of the box” mindset to contribute innovative ideas for Employer Branding, including the strategic use of communication channels and platforms (both online and offline), organizing branding events & job fairs.

• Contribute ideas & support during developing and implementing HRBP strategies, focusing on optimizing talent development & employee engagement programs, to foster a positive & productive work environment.

Qualifications

Must to have

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Up to 1 year working experience within Talent Acquisition roles in tech industry.

• Smart, creative with forward-thinking mindset, willingness to learn the new things.

• Good communication & capability to collaborate effectively with various individuals & teams.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ownership, who enjoys working with people & capable of energizing company activities.

Nice to have

• Having design knowledge and familiarity with different communication platforms is a plus.
