Tóm tắt vị trí

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive to join the team and help us to maintain and improve the HR system and operation.

Trách nhiệm

1. Training

  • Develop and monitor training policy for the Company.
  • Build and implement yearly training program.
  • Organize soft skill training and internal workshop for the Company.
  • Record training result, and analyses of training data.

2. HRBP

  • Understand about the business situation and support departments about HR system, such as: OKR, Career path, evaluation…
  • Manage employee information, annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, attendance data
  • Coordinate with Manager to implement and improve C&B policy.
  • Give effective guidelines and advice to employees on implementation of company labor regulations and social insurance/PIT policies in line with Vietnam laws and regulations.
  • Support Manager in preparing manpower plan, company structure, engagement activities.
  • Apply and renew VISA, Work Permit, and Temporary Residence Card for foreign experts. Manage expiry date and timely do the renew
  • Participate in organizing internal event, such as: Company trip, Year End Party, Family Day…

3. Admin

  • Contact to suppliers & purchase office equipment and stationery
  • Handle office operation activities and make sure the office in good image
  • Control Admin expenses monthly and make settlement monthly on time for suppliers
  • Other HR-GA tasks assigned upon business needs

Trình độ chuyên môn

Must

  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences in doing HR in an international company (IT, fintech,…)
  • Strong experience to HR systems and process
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Well-organized, high responsibility, careful personality, detail – oriented
  • Able to work well in a team as well as individually.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Good people management skill
  • Outstanding English and Vietnamese writing and oratory skills;
  • Computer/tech savvy; can competently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Logical thinking skill, dynamic & learning mindset;
  • Problem solving skill;
  • Ability to work under pressure

Prefer:

  • Language proficiency: English TOEIC 700 or above; Japanese is an advantage.
